I tasted one chip and thought the taste was really yummy. However, chewing the chip as it breaks down in your mouth is quite unpleasant. The way they processed the chicken to turn it into a "chip," leaves you with a gritty, weird dehydrated poultry texture that you'll be chewing and chewing. Not only that, the residual pieces left behind made me a bit queasy.
