Not to mention the stupidity of humans who as the narrator said once to paraphrase "there are red zone areas which are highly inadvisable to live in" but with population growth, etc people aren't avoiding these areas but moving into them, and the cavalier attitude of those living right near Vesuvius or the idiot building his house right near areas with predicted avalanches.
