I bought them because they'd easily pass as a quick to put on pair of regular boots.Due to a severe injury I have a very poor gait and for reasons I can't explain these have almost eliminated my limp. I've no idea why as they aren't overly bouncy or strangely shaped in any way. It was just a bit of luck on my part. I can't claim it will have the same orthopaedic benefit for anyone else.They're light, well constructed, very comfy and toasty warm.
