The kids all love tromping around in these. They're not super comfy but they feel pretty good and all the kids (and me) can walk in them just fine. They look great. The tops are a bit tight on my calves (they're basically my size too) but plenty loose on my kids (ages 10 and 13). These will be great for Halloween, and I'm trying to keep them from getting scuffed until after that.
