The medium was big enough for my husband’s clothes for the week. The shoe pouch is a nice idea, but one pair of shoes took up half the inside space for clothes. The bag isn’t completely waterproof as the bag bottom somehow got wet and the bottom items in the bag were wet as well. Otherwise the bag held up well and didn’t show and snagging, pulling, or tearing.
