I've only been doing this for about 2 weeks and I've already lost about five pounds...feeling much better and healthier too. The only negative to this is that it does contain a commercial for his full $97 workout course, supplements, etc. I don't mind it too much though since the workout itself is good. Overall though I am VERY happy with this DVD...it's a killer workout and super cheap. Music is okay but I will say its better than more workouts.
