I bought it a year or so ago and I keep ordering a replacement to last until I get TKR surgery. Some were too complicated to fit, some sleeve ones didn't relieve the grinding bone on bone. The doctor offered ideas but always too costly. I did have an OSSER that cost $500. but it would fall off as I walked. I walk everyday; I'm 80 years old. but not heavy, not thin either.
