The Best Pour Over Filters
These are the best pour over filters in my opinion. Excellent flow characteristics resulting in a consistently great cup.

Favorite cone filters
Cafec filters are my favorite for any dripper I can use them in: V60, Switch, Clever, and Origami. The Abaca were previously my go to, but these have taken over, except with decaf and Ethiopian beans; you know, the ones that produce a ton of fines. The T90s have a bit more resistance from the paper than the Abaca, so that all the resistance of the draw down isn't only from your grind. This makes a not perfectly dialed in grind more forgiving and you end up with more great cups. The potential is higher with the Abacas still, probably, but I'd rather than consistently great cups of coffee than mostly good cups with an amazing cup on a lucky day.

Good Stuff - Abaca Filter equivalent
I did a blind side-by-side comparison with some light roasted coffee (Black and White cinnamon co-ferment) and I could tell no difference. Drawdown speed was a tiny bit slower than Abaca (+/- 2s) but taste was equivalent to Abaca. Both are quality and interchangeable in my very short run of an experiment. Great quality and I enjoy using these filters!

Way better then Hario filters for V60/switch, much better flow and no paper taste even without rinsing (yes I tried it).
