I don’t write a lot of reviews, but these capsules are absolutely the best on the market. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that causes severe systemic dryness, finding relief felt impossible. My ophthalmologist told me this specific supplement was an absolute must-use. I first tried a sample directly from my eye doctor, and the results were incredible. Even when I had to switch to a new eye doctor recently, they independently recommended this exact same product.It has been extremely helpful for my severe eye dryness, vaginal dryness, and overall comfort. As a huge bonus, they leave absolutely no fishy burps or unpleasant aftertaste. The official serving size is three softgel capsules per day, but I’ve taken two and still have seen positive results. It is highly recommended to take all three softgels daily with a meal to maximize nutrient absorption and avoid stomach upset however I have never had stomach upset taking them. While they are definitely expensive, they are worth every single penny because they actually work. I highly recommend these to anyone struggling with stubborn, full-body dryness!

This is not cheap but after having severe dry eyes that my eye dr was so concerned about and using expensive eye drops and decided to buy them at his office because I saw the reviews when I googled the product. People said it made a big difference in their eyes. When I went back for my follow up, he was astonished at the turnaround. I told him I had decided to buy his instead of Nordic Natural brand. He was so pleased as he thought I had Shjrogens with as severe as my eyes were. Now I’m a firm believer in this product and will use it permanently because they feel so much better since using it. I didn’t know that Amazon carried this and just looked during Black Friday and it was much cheaper than what I get at my drs office. If you have dry eyes then this is the one you want. Check the label and see what fish they get this from. I had never paid attention to that. But once I compared this had the wild caught fish that is needed. They are easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Trust me…this is the brand to buy for quality fish oil supplements.

Definitely a great supplement I’ve had these recommended for eye dryness from several physicians and eye doctors. Recently went to a dry eye spa clinic, and this was the only one they carried and recommended for dry eyes. I can feel a difference when I run out.- if you have dry eye and problems with it, he’ll definitely want a quality supplement and I would recommend this 100%

Works great with no side effect and best Omega 3 and helps with eyes dryness , took couple of weeks to see the difference

Overall, this is an excellent product. My only concern is that DHA oxidizes very easily, which can be harmful to the brain. I wish the capsules were opaque, and the bottles were black to provide better protection from light.

Expensive yet works well

This has been a major game changer for me. As a 50+ woman, going through menopause, I began suffering from dry eye (and consequently, ongoing issues with styes). This product dramatically improved my eye health and I highly recommend it! I don’t do a lot of reviews, but thought it could help others having the same issue.

My wife was prescribed this medication which we originally purchased from the eye doctor. They are not cheap but they work, no fish burps and Amazon's price is slightly lower with delivery. This is a good product which we will buy again.

If you have dry eyes use these vitamins. They work almost right away. Take as recommended. Dry eyes were killing me, I couldn’t read because my eyes were so scratchy. These vitamins worked very well.

A complete game changer for my dry eyes. My eyes were so bad it was affecting my mental health as every day I was suffering gritty burning watering eyes it was awful. I have tried many other fish/krill oils but none made any difference. I have been using De3 for 2 months at the daily recommended does 3 x capsules per day. The De3 features a high concentration of EPA and DHA which has changed everything for the better for me. I am so relieved finally found something that really works. 5 stars
