I was looking specifically for the metal rod to measure down small holes. compared to other plastic calipers, it doesn't have a thumb wheel to move smoothly along the scale. many others for the same price are a bit better.

Spent over an hour studying the graduations on this piece of crap and still don't think that I can use it accurately. It will not extend past 5.40 inches/ 136mm. It probably will be in the trash can soon so that i wont make measuring errors. I would give it less than 1 star if it were an option.
