So far over 2-3 weeks, it has been a good purchase. I specifically use it for lower back support while on a stationary bike and rowing machine. I do not use traditional weights (anymore). I like it over my shirt not directly on my skin. I'm 6'1, 228 pounds and it does not bunch up on me. I do not use the lower back insert that it comes with.
