I was curious, since I seen videos and photos of similar products over the years. I ended up purchasing this on Prime Day, and well I’m now a believer.As of writing this I’m on day 3, having worn it parts of the day. Personally I have terrible posture. I slouch standing, I slouch sitting…I’m always told to stand up straight or sit back etc etc. I’m not exaggerating on my posture because it does create discomfort. I saw so many of the same product of this posture corrector, I was overwhelmed which to actually purchase before ultimately going with this brand .It’s pretty straightforward with instructions and gives clear tips on how to adjust and wear. I’m average build, I wouldn’t say flexible but enough to get the corrector without too much struggle. It’s like putting on a kids backpack tho once on it’s fine. Again the instructions is clear on how to wear and how to adjust the straps. For me personally I felt my posture straighten out right away. I could even see the difference upon looking at myself in the mirror, so much so I took it off right away to see how much of a difference there was. It was pretty incredible, it’s the feeling of pushing your shoulders back all while pushing forward on your upper back/neck area. My apologies hard to explain it.I’m sure results will vary, if you don’t really have much of a slouch, I doubt you’ll see the drastic difference of posture like mine. The strap corrector is lightweight and the material seems breathable. I’m the instructions you may experience discomfort especially at your underarm area. That is true. It’s tight and all rub a bit. I suggest wearing a shirt that you wouldn’t mind the fabric piles up or one thicker to “pad” the underarm area. It also mentions wearing it in short durations (15mins or what your comfortable with). Also adjusting and tightening the corrector over time till your posture improves. It’s not an over night fix . I’d guess it will take sometime it’ll I see improvements on my posture where I will not need to wear the corrector. But with that said I can confidently say it helps me straighten out my slouching issues and relieves some back pain issues that’s for sure. I think if I used it consistently, it would work better. I work from home and wear it but it can get a little uncomfortable so sometimes I take it off.
