It took 15 minutes for me to start sweating. Once I was done with my workout, the sweat cooled down and made me feel a bit cool. It is very comfortable and has a lot of stretch, doesn’t look like a trash bag so that’s a plus. As for durability, I don’t know but I think I can at least get 1 year use out of it. I didn’t like that the pants aren’t fitted to the ankle so sweat runs down into shoes so I added rubber bands to the bottom. I machine washed them on quick wash with minimal detergent and with cold water and hung them outside to air dry. Definitely worth the money!!I am 193lbs/88kg, 5ft 2in/157.5cm and got a 2x. I was worried that by washing it so much, the material would break but it didn’t. The suit is still intact and still helps with sweat production.Comfort: I wear this when I do weightlifting and cardio, usually about 90 minutes to 2 hours each wear. It is comfortable regardless of the exercise I am performing.Value: For $42, the product is great. It certainly increases sweat production. I always feel so accomplished after my workout because when I take it off, I’m drenched in sweat.Fit: it fits as expected.
