It no longer allows for rotations beyond 15 and the knob does not tell me what pressure I am at. I called the maker of this device and they could not tell me anything about it? They told me to call the seller and so I called them and they said I shouldn't have to turn the knob that much?? The directions state to turn the knob to desired traction amount? This is a manual device with interior cables not air pump. Gave on x-mas eve, we returned to FL for the rest of the winter and forgot in up north. Returned in April, it worked another 2 or 3 time then stopped giving traction, it would only go to 5 or 10 on the scale. Tried Amazon but it was out of return time, they suggested the Manufacturer but when we contacted them they were no help and told us to contact the distributor. We did and after 1/2 dozen or so emails and 1 phone call they said it was out of warranty and not repairable. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT WILL BREAK QUICKLY.
