I have purchased this sauce several times to use as bases in my cooking. Always consistent and has good flavor. It's thick base mixes well with other spices to create a unique flavor profile. I docked it one star because this last batch that I ordered had one can that was moldy upon opening it. Can wasn't dented, but obviously contaminated. Next can was fine. Overall, a convenient value for the money.
