We've had it now for 2 years and have had numerous parts replaced and nothing but problems. From the main computer dying to one of the main flywheel iron bars snapping in half due to shoddy welding, this thing is not worth the money AT ALL. The first 6 months we had it, it was great, after that- not so much. The company (Icon Fitness) wants nothing more than to sell you some bs extended warranty. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Great Elliptical! *by N***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2015* Nice, quiet, and sturdy elliptical... I was pretty amazed how nice and smooththis machine is. I was very skeptical on receiving this package off of the freighttruck because it was so badly damaged (thankfully everything inside was unharmed).Also make sure you understand that this is being delivered by an 18 wheeler not yourstandard UPS truck. Unless you have your own personal forklift or a loading dock builton to your house you will need a lift gate truck. I ordered it to come by lift gate truck butthe day it was delivered the trailer with the lift gate was broke down and we had to liftit out by hand... Very heavy and awkward! But after all the shipping nightmares, I lovethis elliptical and have used it every day since i finished the easy step by step assembly.(they also provided all the tools needed to assemble) I would easily give this 5 stars, butmy only complaint is i can not get it connected to my WIFI, which is still ok because i do notplan on using the IFit setupSo after a few years of 3 or 4 day a week use, it has broke a 2nd time, this time probably fatally..The first time the bolts that anchor the angle adjustment ramp to the Frame snapped off, whichI fixed myself with a drill, and a set of easy outs, and then put in some new bolts.. The second timethe plastic bearing housings broke on the left side causing the pedal to fall off track mid stride.Ive been looking for replacement parts but have had no luck so far. The bearings feel fine, but theplastic enclosure they are in is shattered..
