The D750 is Nikon's new full-frame DSLR, occupying a position between the D610 and D810 in the company's FX format line-up. It's designed for the serious photographer, and of particular interest to anyone stepping up to full-frame from one of Nikon's APS-C format models. For those who want to switch between stills and video with ease and who love to share their shots, this camera could be an ideal tool. Not only does it offer superb image quality, but also it features cinematic video capabilities in a compact fully weather-sealed design with a tilting 3.2 in., 1229k-dot Vari-angle LCD and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, two SD card slots, and 6.5 fps continuous shooting in both FX and DX formats. The D750 offers 24.3 megapixels in a FX format, and a 51-point AF system with Group Area AF mode, a powerful EXPEED 4 image processor, and Full HD video recording at 50/60p. The large sensor, together with the processor, enables stunning images and videos to be captured across a sensitivity range of ISO 100–12800 (expandable to 50–51,200). Review: Great information - It was exactly what I was looking for. The information is thorough and the flow is very well organized. The one thing I would suggest to anyone considering any photography “how to” book would be the possibility of bringing it to a UPS type store where for just a couple of dollars they will convert it to a spiral binding. The book is better than fine just the way it is, like every other how to camera book. but I find the spiral binding is really helpful to me so that I can lay it flat while I fiddle with my camera as directed. If spiral binding was not an option, I would still purchase this book over and over again. Review: Comprehensive guide to D750 - Clear crisp read of technical details covering all aspects of the camera coupled with very helpful suggestions for how best to use the many features of this powerful camera. Great illustrations and examples amplify the author's writing. This is my third guide written by Jon.

Great book
Great book detailing how this camera works and functions. Very easy to read and understand. If you're thinking of buying a d750 or already have one get this book.

Amplifying the Information
This book accomplishes two things: (1) It clarifies the content of the D750 Owner's Manual; (2) It amplifies some of what the Owner's Manual presents. It is easier to read and easier to reference than the Owner's Manual.

Thorough and Relevant
A worthy supplement to the Nikon manual. Logically structured and relevant information.

An easy to read Nikon D750 instruction manual
The John Sparks expanded guide for the Nikon D750 is a good read. The way it's put together helps you to understand the complex operations of the D750 camera. I find that it's best to also get the In Brief cheat sheet to carry in you bag as an additional guide.

A clearly written comprehensive D750 guide spoiled (for me) by the very light and indistinct font the publisher used.
I would be happy to give the book 5 stars if I could read it without using a magnifying glass. It is not that the print is too small, but the font used for the major amount of the text is so light or faint that my tired old eyes need a lot of help reading it. The book has an adequate index which, surprisingly is printed in a bolder font that is quite readable. There are many examples of photographs which illustrate in a supportive way the advice the author is advocating. As I looked up a number of topics I was most interested in I found the presentation of the information to be very well done and clearly understandable. By the samples of topics that I struggled to read I am convinced that the book is indeed a comprehensive guide. If it was available in Kindle I think I would be able to easily read it on my big Samsung Tablet, but alas, it is not available. If your eyesight is good enough to read the faint print I then recommend it highly without other reservation.

base

Guidebook on D750
First and foremost, I have purchased a guide previously for the D5300 in the same series and hence, I know what to expect. But what I like to give a thumbs up for is the efficiency and the expected speed undertaken by Amazon in getting the ordered item to me. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Amazon.

Good book.
Excellent book, very readable and not too much technical explanation. Very useful for reference after you've read it and then forgotten something, and small enough to take with you on photoshoots.

Great simplified guide
A great little book to guide you through the basics of the D750. There are other books that go into greater depths but this is ideal for a go to guide beyond the basic manual.
