The only complaint is that the final step of the installation -- popping the cover on, which will have to be done each time a lightbulb needs replacement -- is very poorly designed. The cover has to go onto three spokes, none of which are on a spring or retract, and there is just no easy way of getting the cover on there; we almost broke ours because of the pressure it required, and we had to have a tall ladder (that we had to go out and buy) to really be eye-level with the light to finally get it.
