Margin of error is less than 2%.1.441 kg on a food scaleTherefore density of this material is ~125 kg/m^3This product is cheaper than others on Amazon by a significant margin, but that's because there's less material in it. The noise reduction likely isn't as great as the other products in the 200 kg/m^3 class, but the price gives it good value. It ships wrapped in a bunch of plastic and tape, the packaging was a pain. If it ships with heavy objects in the same box the corners may crush.I was using it to make a bulletin board with acoustic properties, however, and the individual pieces flex a fair amount. It does hold a thumbtack well, but the needle pokes through to the other side. Use a proper backing board of 3/16" thickness or better if you want to keep your security deposit. Holding it in a frame isn't sufficient. Next time I'll spend a bit more on the higher-density panels. I will praise the edges, they were nice clean perpendicular cuts, so pushing the panels together was easy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Polyester panels work well *by G***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2021* They definitely help the room. I covered the walls with them with about 4 inch gaps between each panel, they look really nice. I highly recommend command strips or an alternative brand adhesive to hold them on. They hold super well. They look great and definitely deaden the room significantly.
