Sound quality good for both speaker and mic.However, the bulk of the behind-the-ear portion is a hassle. It makes putting it on over sunglasses with one hand over totally impossible. After about a few months of use, the boom shaft slid out of the earpiece and it won't hold together anymore. It was not subjected to hard use - I just put it in the drawstring bag and into a protected zipper pouch in my backpack.
