I try an optimize my lab values from top to bottom. I have been spending a lot of money on GNC "Mega Men" and supplement with "Purity Product" pills for Resveratrol/Vitamin D. The both combines are very pricey. This one doctor who I work with does crossfit and runs marathons told me about TheFightDoctors performance packs and he swears by it. So I compared my GNC and Purity Product pills with TheFightDoctors and found that I have been spending more than 2 times the amount of money for what TheFightDoctors offer.
