It's a 50 micron filter but may have a different number but be equivalent to other models. It's confusing . If it's the right length and width, it will fit your filter. **Q: Looking for SP-P25-20?** A: Smaller number-finer filtration **Q: do you install the filter and then flush 5 gal water thru it?** A: I do not flush the filter with water after installing a new filter in an already-in-service filter housing. However, I would flush the system if I were making plumbing changes or installing a new filter housing.
