Review: Great quality and excellent viewing - I wanted to replace an existing peephole that was over 40 years old; however, my husband didn't think it was necessary. I bought this one anyway. It's fantastic with crystal clear viewing of our entire front porch and into the yard. Yes, that means that my husband installed it for me even though it required a bit of enlarging of the hole for it to fit. And funny thing. . . .it's viewing is so great that he wants me to buy another one to replace a different old peephole that we have in another door! :) So I'll be ordering another one! Besides how well it works, it's of high quality and looks wonderful. We live in a rural area so it's critical for me to see who's on the other side of the door before I open it. I highly recommend it.

**Q: When you lift the cover to see who's at the door can light be seen from the outside like woth traditional peepholes?**
A: Looked in after dark an you can see a speck of light.

**Q: Any tips drilling into a fiberglass door?**
A: Fiberglass doors typically have an inner and outer skin that are filled between with foam.  Very easy to drill through.  Make sure you go straight through...not at an angle.  The foam makes a bit of a mess.  A standard wood use drill bit is adequate.

**Q: Will it fit a panel door?**
A: I think so. We have a wooden panel door and it fit great.

**Q: So I need to drill a hole in my door?**
A: It must be drilled on the door to install it, unless there is a suitable installation hole on the door

Easy install. Crystal clear view. You ned 28 mm hole saw bit. If door is metal, place masking tape over area before drilling.
