Supporto nero anziché marrone (ovviamente colore ininfluente). Facilissima la sostituzione anche senza esperienza. Il commutatore non faceva più corrispondere le posizioni alle funzioni del forno. Tolte le 7 viti del coperchio superiore. Sfilata la ghiera di plastica, svitate le due viti e sostituito uno per uno i vari morsetti (oppure fate la foto per ricordare la posizione). Operazioni di chiusura inverse e voilà. Un intervento del tecnico tra manopera e pezzo di ricambio non sarebbe stata conveniente rispetto al prezzo di acquisto del forno.
