We installed the Gotonovo Vessel Sink Faucet in our half bath, and it looks fantastic! The matte black finish gives a clean, modern touch that really elevated the space. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the plastic drain that came with it—it didn’t match the high-quality look of the faucet. I ended up ordering a black metal drain separately, which completed the setup perfectly. Still giving 5 stars because the faucet itself is excellent and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for a stylish upgrade!

It's only been installed for a day, but it works beautifully and is beautiful on my black marble vanity. Can't believe it was so inexpensive compared to all the faucets at Home Depot and it looks better than any of them. I just hope it lasts, it does seem well made, nothing about it seems cheap. 5 minutes to remove the old faucet and install this one. Better water pressure than my last faucet too.

Heavy and sturdy, nice design and all for 30 bucks. I couldn't get one like this at Menards or Home Depot for under $100! The cheapest one you can get at the store is 70 bucks and is made of cheap plastic parts guaranteeing that it will be broken within a year. No plastic cheap parts, all metal. Only issue I had was the rubber washers that came with it were faulty and kept leaking, I bought my own for under 4 bucks and it is leak free. Well made faucet, so pleased!

Faucet is sturdy and the water flow is strong. Looks modern and finish has not diminished over time.

I bought 2 of these faucets on June 2020, finally got around to install them on August 2020. The next morning after I installed the faucets I noticed they both push out rusty water for at first. If the faucets had been closed for over couple hours the water comes out rusty (check the pictures). So I realized something definitely corroding in these faucets. Unfortunately I was out of Amazon return period so I decided to contact the customer service. Though I preferred to call and explain all this, they only had a email address to contact customer support. I was a bit disappointed about that. I emailed the customer service around 6:30pm expecting a reply within next couple days. They replied back by 7:45pm the same day ! I was told the faucets I received are from an old batch and they have upgraded the quality of their products since then. So they agreed to send me replacement faucets. I expected that would take couple weeks since they operate out of China. I received the tracking number of the replacement faucets on the next day and they got delivered in just 3 days. Yes, you read that correct. I received something shipped out of China within 3 days. That's the fastest I've gotten anything that was shipped out of China. Installed the new faucets the next day and they both work flawlessly. They're very elegant looking sturdy faucets. Customer service is extremely fast and very convenient. Definitely recommend these faucets to anyone looking for vessel sink faucets.

We installed this last year in our motorhome. Worked fine until this spring (not quite 6 months) when it started dripping from the faucet. We didn't do much about that initially as we were on a trip and it was a slow drip. Then when the husband went to work on it, he found it was leaking from inside the faucet where you cannot access. We had a pretty good leak that was not detected under our flooring/cabinet. We removed it and found that it's impossible to attempt a repair or to even see where the leak is actually coming from. I contacted the company and asked for the schematics so we can see if we can repair it. I continue to get "auto" replies that do not deliver what I'm asking for and clearly a person is not answering my questions. We will throw this away now and purchase a name brand.

The product is good. I have one in use and ordered again. But the problem is first time it was about $60 and when I reordered the same within about three month they billed me for $130-. I reordered without checking price and now i have to pay shipment to return.
