One prescription I have is a very large pill, very hard, very dense and have broken several crushers in attempting to crush this into powder, which I have to do 3 times daily.. I have attached photos of how well this works (BLUE LID) compared to another brand I recently bought( RED LID). The other pill crusher I purchased took my full body weight, pushing down on it to crush the pill but It takes several attempts to get it to even break apart and I have broken 2 of these trying! . I went to visit my sister and forgot to pack my pill crusher, her husband handed me this brand to use and I was so afraid my muscle relaxer pill was going to break it because it's so small! I couldn't believe that just ONE revolution of what I call the "wings" that are on the cap to turn the lid, crushed that horse pill into powder!! No more pushing, repeated twisting, just one easy turn is all it takes, I couldn't believe it! I immediately went to Amazon and ordered one for myself and one for my husband. It's compact, it's unbelievably powerful and SO EASY to use with absolutely no effort whatsoever!! I rarely get excited about writing a review but I'm so very impressed at the performance of this tiny pill crusher, plus if you're a senior like I am with arthritis and weak wrists, you'll be very happy with this!! Then she’d mimic a swallow noise, like a two year old reluctantly swallowing their peas, I’d tell her what a good girl she was and when I let go of her she’d spit the pill out at me and run away (I could hear the laughter as she ran “suckah!”).
