Perfect weight for even baking. You really can’t go wrong with Nordic Ware. No issues at all with the release. Be patient and cool at least 20 minutes before turning your cake out to cool on a rack. I use a bakers spray that has flour already included.

I wish these pans had the size capacity imprinted on them along with ther brand. I have several and never know which one I can use because their capacities vary. The pan itself is great and I love the design.

I have no talent for making a double layer cake for birthdays. For years I have resorted to making bundt cakes instead because you get the height plus a moist cake that can be frosted or not as you choose. I used Nordic Ware's cheap, thin metal bundt pans for years because I couldn't bring myself to spend $30 for the heavy cast aluminum pans, reasoning that there really couldn't be that much difference between my cheap pans and this one. About a year ago Amazon ran this pan for around $18 with super saver shipping, so I bought it. There truly is a difference in the way my cakes bake in this pan. They come out higher, evener, and moister. The cake will release perfectly; I use the spray combination of flour and oil together, spraying lightly throughout the pan before adding the batter. March 16, 2013 update: This pan has held up beyond my expectations, since I routinely hand wash out the nooks and crannies and then put it in the dishwasher. I use a product called Baker's Joy, a combination of no stick spray (soybean oil) and flour, and my cakes come out perfectly. Also, I have noticed that for some reason all of my cakes seem to rise higher in this heavier pan than the thinner ones that I used previously. May 28, 2014 update: This pan produces wonderful results. At the current $19.45 price with super saver shipping, if you make bundt cakes, I would not hesitate.

You can make the most impressive cakes with this pan. I love to bake cakes for my friends and neighbors. This one is my favorite so far. Only wish the pan had handles on the side so you could pick It up out of the oven (with pot holders of course). It is hard to handle when hot without out the handles. I like to use Crisco (the kind in the jar) shortening to cover the inside of the pan, (I use my fingers making sure my hands are clean and take pains to get the shortening into all the little crevices) then sprinkle with flower and make sure all the little nooks and crevices are covered with a dusting of the flour and then poor in the cake batter and bake. (one cake box is about the right size for this cake.) And I find when you take it out of the oven be very careful not to burn your hands, but turn it upside down right away, onto your serving platter while the cake is still hot in the pan. It comes out more easily than if you let it cool down first. But because it doesn't have handles you need to be very careful when you turn it out on the serving platter so you don't hurt yourself. Its really hard to hold onto when its hot. I use silicone oven mitts. It came out slick as a whistle without sticking with this method.

There's nothing bad about this pan. If you spray the heck out of it ( like all Bundt pans) it will pop out. The shape and design is still intact coming out. The ten cup capacity is just right for a small cake. I used a whole box cake mix, and there was plenty of room for riding. I'd say it serves about 5/6 average servings.

Great product and quality

These are HEAVY PANS, with deep grooves, and while making a gorgeous outcome, are very hard to clean, so I recommend you apply a good coat of oil on pan before filling, then soak pan and use a dish brush so not to scratch the pan - then put it into the dishwasher for sterilization. It is all worth it as cake looks wonderful. TY TY TY

Forse uno dei migliori acquisti nel 2021. Prodotto originale , integro, senza graffi, di sostanza. Ho quindi preparato una bundt cake ai frutti di bosco con glassa di Mirtilli e Lamponi. Cottura perfettamente uniforme previa una adeguata imburratura con il pennello di ogni piega dello stampo, Fatta raffreddare 5/6 minuti post cottura, lho capovolta senza problemi e adagiata su una gratella per farla raffreddare. Non c'era un millimetro di prodotto più o meno cotto. Cottura perfetta. La pulizia è stata fatta abbastanza agevolmente con acqua sapone e uno scovolino di plastica morbida. Che dire? Acquisto perfetto e Bundt Cake sublimi.

Très bon rendu très bon moment . J’ai utilisé le moelleux pour faire un cake à l’orange. Beurré fariné il se démoule facilement j’ai pas eu de problème. Il est garanti 10 ans il est d’une très bonne qualité car le moule est assez lourd. J’ai vite compris son prix je recommande.
