But its flexibility is what makes it not good for dough. It is too floppy. It is a shame, if this was just listed as a bowl scraper, I would have given it 5 stars. It is the best bowl scraper I have (as long as what you are scraping is not too stiff or heavy. But this scraper is a 2 star dough scraper, so I had to remove a star. I had originally bought this for scraping dough and I was terribly disappointed and was going to return it. But then I used it for scraping batters from bowls and I was pleasantly surprised. It is nice and big, fits in my well, conforms to any bowl, and easy to clean. It is now my favorite bowl scraper.
