The dimensions are an almost perfect match to the OEM Toyota filter that it replaced (87139-YZZ82). **Q: Does this fit a 2012 corolla?** A: Right size filter for system, fit is good. My only complaint/FYI is website lists it as the FPR 8 though image further down under [Product Overview] shows it is FPR 9; really wish HD would stick with industry standard MERV rating to do better comparison so you know what the filter is rated for. I would agree with the Honeywell rating that the filters are MERV 8 which I missed as I try to get something in the double-digit MERV level due to allergies. The fact that current Honeywell filters with MERV 8 (see Honeywell's site) do not list ability to collect items like smoke particles yet the Home Depot listing for FPR 8 calls out smoke collection is confusing and (in my opinion) misleading.
