Is this tape in a Kinesio dispenser box?

no it is not in a dispenser box,it comes sealed in plastic in a box,you may keep it in the box but you will have to cut the tape to your desired size.hope this helps

Does this tape come pre-cut?

The one I ordered was all one piece so I could cut to the size I needed. Some tapes do come pre cut, but not these..
