Found several that we liked, but Uncle Ben's is our favorite, "go-to" rice for all purposes. Easy to fix once you get the water, rice quantities and timing down for your area. Always consistent in flavor, texture and firmness. Wasn't sure about buying 4 boxes at a time, but we're almost finished with the second box and it keeps great on the shelf.
