Would this damage my wooden door frame?** A: Hey there. It is very possible. I used it on my door frame and when I removed it, paint stuck to it. Though it had good points to it . Yes easy to use good padding and a good thickness for grip and does provide good grip comfort . Fit my hands and the doorway well . The function was good as far as installation and and it is built to be durable . However I cannot say ti is a good value for the money or recommend that it is a good purchase because I could easily pull it off the frame once installed I could easily pull it down or push it up so therefore was unable to get a workout with it . I cannot comment on customer service because I did not contact them I found an alternative use for it otherwise would have returned it .
