**Q: Just got mine and I am getting some noise / hiss from the speaker with the gains turned up and nothing plugged in.  Is this normal?**
A: It's not uncommon. Any ambient RF can substantially raise the noise floor for these kinds of speakers. Isolating the power supply from other devices might help, but short of placing the speaker in a faraday cage, you are unlikly to get rid of that hiss.

**Q: I have fifine uhv dual channel wireless handheld microphone for karaoke but when i connected it to the speaker the sound was distorted. why is that?**
A: I use it for Karaoke but I run through a mixer first.
