I will try to keep this short and to the point. Last year I had 8 back surgeries then I fell. I apparently blocked my blood vessel in me Tibia bone which caused me to have bone death. They went in this last Feb to remove that bone loss in my right knee/Tibia. Needless to say it's struggling healing as well as my left shoulder which is bone on bone as well. The walker use has sparked arthritis in my left thumb joint. Look I feel 90 instead of 52 daily especially in the mornings. I take 3 doses of 2 capsules a day and OMG the difference! I can walk just like a human and use my left thumb and shoulder have ease as well. It doesn't take it fully away-don't think anything will including more surgeries but I have to say it sure makes the day a blessing and tolerable.
