But after an hour of pushing buttons and watching youtube videos I learnt that It's not an issue with the ink, it's an issue with the printer. My first mistake was to only fill my black tank with ink and leave the other ones empty. Once I realised that was a nono, I filled them up and ran my printer through a power clean cycle and my prints were sharp and clean. So if you were smarter than me and filled up each tank, run it through a power clean and it should help. Note: the power clean will suck up quite a bit of ink. I haven't needed to refill my tank since I first got it so whatever's left still has a ton of print left to spit but I'm hoping that the power clean is just a one time trouble shoot and won't have to be done again when it's time to refill. I only used the printer a hand full of time and the ink clogged my printer and the printer now doesn’t turn on. I call tech support and they can’t do anything about it because this ink voided the warranty.
