I didn't have to clean the snow or scrap the ice off the windshield, which was a time saver.. The cover extended over the wipers onto the hood a plus. Two things though. The 2 magnets were the size of a watch battery that really didn't do anything, that really didn't matter anyway once you tucked the flaps in the door it stayed snug and one of the mirror covers were a bit too snug but all and all It saved me time and for the money it worked for me. The shield it's self was thick and durable. Heavy and easy to use. Close each front vehicle door on each of the two "ears" and the cover is well secured. The heaver construction remains on the window far better than others we have tried. We are in a northern state close to the Great Lakes; our winters are nasty. Did not have to scrape ice or remove snow from the front window the whole season. Huge time saver.
