This was bought for my 7 year old grandson. The direction weren't as clear as they could have been and he became frustrated with the project. We got it out a few weeks later and he and grandpa were able to finish it. It looks cute and the 5 year old grandson likes playing with it. All in all it was a good building set to keep the boys occupied.

no way this could be anything less than a 5.  I have watched Spongebob with my kids when they were little, when they grew up and with their kids.  And gone to the movies.  this was wonderful, i love putting things together and enjoyed myself immensely.  I now have my eye on the giant figure of plankton that he sits on like a gundam. (Fisher-Price Plank-Ton)
