I run it under cold water and try to rinse any dirt off of it. Good luck hanging on to it. LOL ivory used a couple of times and does come in a nice little slime case. LOL My only complaint would be, I think it's a little overpriced and it's not as easy to work with as you would think. It does most of the cleaning very well, and I was able to clean my entire office desk and still had room to clean the dashboard of my car. Unfortunately, it is not washable, so there is a length to its reusability. It smelled good, and does not easily break. It can also withstand high temperatures such as being left inside the fridge, or being left outside in a hot car. I would recommend for tight spots which desperately need cleaning but are beyond the lengths of a normal brush or vaccuum.
