**Q: Why does the box say do not use while pregnant?**
A: Chamomile (and mint) is safe during pregnancy. I looked up saffron and pregnancy and got the following: "Yes, it is safe to add saffron (kesar or zafran) to milk. But, as with any herb or spice, use saffron in moderation, especially when you're pregnant. Studies show that saffron may reduce blood pressure and mood swings. In large doses, saffron can act as a uterine stimulant and could cause contractions." My motto when I was pregnant was to be better safe than sorry and err on the side of extreme caution. That being said, I would always get an opinion from my doctor and did whatever he or she recommended. Good luck!

**Q: What is the ratio of saffron to chamomile? Opened a bag and noticed there wasn't any**
A: This I don't remember and don't currently have a box to check ratio.

**Q: Is there really 'real' saffron in this tea???**
A: Yes. Excellent flavor.
