I would like to highlight the build quality of Sommer products, every washer, every nut is real, not cheap homedepot stuff.

### ⭐⭐ Requires torsion springs

Unfortunately both customer service and the product description did not mention that you must have torsion springs for this side mount kit to work. The idea is good and I may contact a professional to convert my garage to torsion springs, but until I do that, this product will not work for me. Hopefully this review helps someone else with extension springs make an educated decision. Almost broke the door when it tried to lift from one side with the extension springs.
