Durability
Great rucksack, but I was under the impression that Amazon delivery was FOC if you subscribe to Amazon Prime! Delivery ยฃ35, not impressed!!!

Not great for the price
The zip appears stiff, but does move, just takes a bit of force. Contacted Amazon to see if I was able to get a partial refund due to this issue and they wanted to charge me to return the item back. Not great customer service at all.

So much room for activities.
Can't speak to durability but functionality it's perfect. I'm an electrician by trade. The 38 pocket breaks at the zipper every time. This has the straps to keep load of the zipper. Much easier to fix a buckle. The semi zipper top open tote is great. Fits a milwauke impact+drill with charger and battery and I keep a full kit. Fully loaded I'm gonna have a heart attack on the stairs but that's on me.

Great product
Christmas gift to hubby, he loves it. So sturdy and fits all his tools and more, the backpack is much easier for him to travel around with.

Almost perfect
Nearly perfect.Well made, sturdy and with a lot of useful pockets. It is very comfortable on the back when it is fully loaded.Since most people will use a different tool setup it is very hard to give it five stars. For me - as a carpenter - it is the best one yet, but it isn't perfect. For someone else it could be.It is not a small bag, but it is not huge either. I am glad it is not larger as I would fill it up with more stuff.Fully loaded it is a bit heavy but it is very comfortable on the back.Build quality, comfortability is five stars. There are a few small things I would like to change for my use, but this could be the perfect one for you.

This is the best tool backpack I've ever owned
This thing is about perfect. It has the ability to fully open, giving great tool access. It's bright inside from the orange so that you can see in it. And it has the best tool pouch to storage pocket ratio. The pockets are nice and deep. It's cavernous.....fill it with tools and there's still enough room for an additional pouch and power tool in the middle. It's also very sturdy..... its stiffness means it won't collapse under the weight of tools put in it when you open it. After 25 years of my current job, I can say this bag is as good as it gets.I tried the Dwalt 57 pocket backpack just before this, and it was awkward with the 2 sides, and had a lot of wasted space with a billion tiny pockets that were too small to be of use. There was zero or near zero zippered storage. And the pockets were so shallow they wouldn't hold tools. Take a good look at the photos, the pouches are absurdly shallow. It also wasn't very spacious in general. They show in the photos a bunch of tools jammed into the front side, but if you look closely, it will never close, it's too small. Took me 2 seconds of trying to put tools in it before making the decision to send it back.
