Will it separate out in pail over time?

The pal that I bought over a year and a half ago, hasn't separated at all and stays intact as long as you put the lid back on it like I have, whenever you are done

It states dries tacky, does that mean it also serves as a bead sealer?

Hi there, it definitely does not serve as replacement for a bead sealer. Slippage is not a problem with this product once dry, however.
