I, personally, train chest three days a week. One day is heavy, one day is geared more toward hypertrophy and one day is dedicated to working out the chest and supporting muscles...that day is when I introduced the E-Maxx Bar, wow, what an addition to my work out! Even using much lighter weight than I normally would the instability of the bar forces you to use recruitment muscles like never before. A: It's not made of bamboo, high speed. Go buy a bamboo stick, load some plates on it and see how well it goes.

this earth quake bar is unbelievable I love it, any body that is serious about getting stronger, if you are serious about improving your one rep max on all your main lifts such as bench press, military press and squat, you have to get one. What a work out try to get in 30 to 40 reps on each set, your chest and triceps will be burning up it is a great feeling. Bottom line BUY A EARTH QUAKE BAR you will be happy. Tim
