The cap did not fit the oil canister which was not a standard quart but that did not matter. The 10 mm tip was the ideal fit for my engine. It was as easy as plug and pump. When i was done i put the end of the fill tube into the mostly full second quart and then slid it off the pump to allow the oil in the tube to drain into the quart.
