But this did help my posture!I’m 5’3” and around 112 lbs. I have pretty big shoulders for my short stature (some short sleeves are tight around my shoulders and armpits) so I went with a S instead of XS. I have a dowagers hump. Which I found out from using this that it is probably caused by forward slumping shoulders and a weak upper back.The straps that go under my armpits are adjustable and got it to fit comfortably. I did adjust it a lot so I can also see how it’d be important to choose a size that will fit you comfortably. They do a good job of holding back my shoulders and this straightens out my neck. I do wear it for long periods of time and after I take it off I find it is training my shoulders and upper back muscles to stay in the correct place. The lower back part I can’t comment on because it wasn’t of much use in my case so I kept it loose.An extra perk is that when exercising, I could comfortably wear a weight vest over it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works.
