    Misleading marketing, NOT 100% Wasabi

After paying 10 times the price of other wasabi in order to have this shipped in dry ice expecting fresh ground wasabi what arrived were 6 tubes with this as the ingredient list: Grated Wasabi, Cellulose gum, Maltodextrin, Sorbitol, Soybean Oil, Water, Sugar, Salt, Artificial Flavors, Phosphoric Acid, Titanium Dioxide, Xanthan and guar gum, Potasium Sorbate, FD&C yellow 5, FD&C Green 3.I have not tasted it yet but they get only one star for deliberately misleading dishonest advertising saying this is 100% real Wasabi.  In fact they must have gotten into trouble because the tubes I received no longer say 100% real and instead say Authentic.

I have the Sushezi Sushi Made Easy that I also bought on amazon. And love my California rolls, but are not complete without wasabi. what I have found with this product is the great wasabi taste with out the harsh burning from the fake versions. The problem I have with this is kind of inconsistent in the tube, so I use a toothpick to mix it up while squeezing the tube. You also get a really nice cooler with it.Update:I now when I get a new tube out, I cut it open and transfer the paste to a zip lock bag. So much easier to get to the wasabi that way.

This is the wasabi that you want for your sushi.I'm a sushi lover and recently started making my own sushi.  Wasabi is critical for good sushi.  I searched high and low for good wasabi until I found this.  Unlike other wasabi wannabes, this stuff delivers.The packing is incredible, too.  It is shipped cold with dry ice.The only downside?  The stuff kind of shoots out of the tube in spurts.  Be careful where you point it.  ;-)
