I have Hashitmoto's Thyoiditis. I was born with it but I didn't know I had it until August of 2015. With Hashimoto's you are suppose to be sensitive to the cold weather but I am sensitive to the hot weather. Where I live it gets really hot in the Summer time to where I sweat all the time and I get leg and feet cramps. Since I have been drinking this, thank goodness the cramps have stop. All the flavors are good, but the blue raspberry is my go to. I am glad I found this in the container but I was a little surprise how small the container was when I got it but it doesn't take up that much room on the counter in the kitchen, but for the price I think it is a good deal. The flavor of the drink is refreshing and not too overly strong. The scoop that it comes with you can measure how much or how little you want which I think it is good. I like it in a cold bottle of water. It does take it a little longer to dissolve and I have tried it at room temperature water, and it does dissolve quicker, the cold water taste better to me. So, it all depends on which way a person prefers this drink.
