Once opened has a limited time, can't be kept forever, check the box. **Q: Can this be used for graphics cards** A: It should be fine for any kind of electronic assembly work which needs thermal paste including GPUs. I would use this if I needed to work on a graphic card for some reason. **Q: How many applications of thermal paste can I get out of a 3g syringe ?** A: Intel CPU maybe around 10 applications if applied with little waste. **Q: Why would they sell it used?** A: 'Used' will be the packaging open, but not the actual syringe open. No instructions and stupid youtube videos which don't show you the correct mounting plate orientation (AMD AM5), intel had a socket mount, they skimped out on the AMD side.
