Other than that it seems like a well made collar easy Velcro closure, fit fine around the neck but too tall from tip of mandible to sternal notch which is how you measure for a soft collar. ### ⭐⭐ I don't care how cheap it is, don't waste your money. *by J***S on June 18, 2015* I recently had cervical spine surgery and I was looking for a back-up cervical collar since I wear mine constantly and have to for a few weeks longer.Look at my other reviews. Folks, I don't review anything unless I really like something or hate it. Ambivalence will not get you a review from me.Let me tell you the problems with this thing because to be honest, I can't find it's attributes.My current hospital issued collar is a 3" wide collar. So when I went to buy an extra one, I went with that and looked for another 3" collar. This collar may SAY 3", but it's at least 3 1/2 or 4" collar. That half inch may seem nit-picky, but let me tell you if you have to wear it and you have to stretch your neck to accommodate it, you feel it and you feel it fast.That was bad enough, but here's the final straw. The piece of velcro that holds the two ends together? On your standard issue collar, it extends at least 3 inches past the end of the collar to allow for adjustment. People are built differently. Men, women, adults and children. Necks are different widths, just like they're different heights. The velcro on this collar extends MAYBE an inch and a half. If you happen to be a twelve year old child, that may be enough. If you're an average sized adult? You're hosed. Forget it. Add the height problem and the thing is useless.I'm sorry. The quality is there, too bad they mismeasured and scrimped on something as simple and cheap as a strip of velcro. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Headache Ease *by A***O on August 15, 2017* This perfectly suits my needs.
