Yeast plays an important role in the fermentation process. Add the dry yeast into the flour, then add in other ingredients and mix evenly. Dose : 0.5% for general flour products and 1% for bakery products or subject to requirements.

The quality was same / consistent always. So far, I have used this yeast for baking / making several items including bread, pizza base, doughnuts, Cinnabon rolls, etc. Yeast is a living thing and is killed off at high temperatures, around 140 degrees F. This is especially important to remember when you're rehydrating active dry yeast (Thought this is Instant Dry Yeast, which can be used directly, it is advisable to activate it beforehand for best results). The water should be lukewarm, 105 degrees F to 115 degrees F, something you can comfortably wash your hands in. Tip while baking bread: The optimal temperature for yeast growth is 80 degrees F to 90 degrees F, so place your rising bread on top of your fridge or beside a wood stove where it can generally get to this temperature. Coming to the negative reviews for this product, most of the buyers / reviewers are definitely novice. Yeast needs to be seal locked and stored in a cool place for maintaining the quality. The packaging lives up to the mark and if preserved properly, it should definitely work for 18 months (as mentioned behind the packet). Overall, this is the best yeast (In India) I've come across. The seller just launched a 100 grams pack at a very economical rate (considering the hefty desertcart delivery charges). It is definitely better than shelling a lot more for brands selling at double the price and low-grade yeast. PS: I'm sharing the pictures of my last purchase (100 grams variant). It's smaller than shown in the picture, however, the quantity and quality is perfect.

A: item can be stable upto 10 years if you can handle it  properly and press it and remove the inside air everytime after you use it. and preserve in fridge. it is a bacteria aso no expire date. .keep it air tight and put it in the amazon's plastic black packet and put it fridge so light could not pass through . so you can use it upto 10 years.
